Bruno Miguel Resende - What is art for you?

Vitor Trabucco - Art has to be the most subjective creation known to us. A dead bug can be
a work of art to the same person who hates Picasso. Art is the strangest,
but also most beautiful thing we have. It brings life to this dead planet.*

Bruno Miguel Resende - What is cinema for you?
Vitor Trabucco - Cinema, to me, is the most important thing to have ever existed. Moving
images with sound and music is the greatest of all art forms.*

Bruno Miguel Resende - What is utopia for you?
Vitor Trabucco - Never ending whiskey, women, and a 24 hour grindhouse theater.*

Bruno Miguel Resende - Who is your favorite filmmaker?
Vitor Trabucco - There are so many. If I had to pick one though, I'll say Stanley Kubrick.*

Bruno Miguel Resende - Who is your favorite writer?
Vitor Trabucco - Sam Shepard is certainly one of them when it comes to plays and films.*

Bruno Miguel Resende - Who is your favorite artist?
Vitor Trabucco - I've been to the Salvador Dali' museum several times so I would probably
say him.*

Bruno Miguel Resende - What are your main influences?
Vitor Trabucco - Everything that I come across. Keaton and Chaplin to Scorsese and Coppola.
And that's just for starters. I think I'm influenced by everything. Even
good food.*

Bruno Miguel Resende - What is more important for you, the argument or the image of the film?
Vitor Trabucco - Image on the film is usually what I hold most important.*

Bruno Miguel Resende - What is an experimental film?
Vitor Trabucco - Experimental is exactly that. Experimenting with the medium. Trying new
things. Not being afraid if you fail at what you're attempting. Not too
many people take chances anymore.*

Bruno Miguel Resende - What is love for you?
Vitor Trabucco - "Never having to say you're sorry."*

Bruno Miguel Resende - What is the future of art?
Vitor Trabucco - Great question. I have no idea. As long as movies still have a place
there, I'll be happy.*

Bruno Miguel Resende - What is death for you?

Vitor Trabucco - Inevitable. *
